1 Information We Collect

a. Account and profile data

We process account information through Supabase Authentication. Depending on your sign-in method (email one-time code or Google OAuth), this may include your email address, authentication provider, and unique user ID.

• Profile fields can include display name, optional avatar URL, and onboarding state
• We store profile timestamps and account-linked metadata for app operation
• Apple sign-in is currently unavailable in the app

b. Creator workspace data

The app stores the creator data you add so core features can work:

• Platform profiles, brand records, campaigns, deliverables, and related notes
• Shipment tracking details and content ideas
• Earnings-related values tied to campaign and payment status fields

c. Notifications data

If you enable push notifications, we process notification device and preference data, including Expo push token, device platform, app version, timezone, and reminder toggles.

d. Subscription data

Subscription and entitlement status are managed through RevenueCat and your app store account. We process metadata such as entitlement state, active product identifier, and renewal/expiration dates.

e. Analytics and diagnostics

In production builds, the App collects product analytics events and diagnostics through PostHog, including event telemetry and session replay signals used to improve reliability and user experience.

2 How We Use Information

• Operate account, campaign, earnings, shipment, and content-idea workflows
• Provide notifications and notification preference controls
• Manage subscriptions, entitlement checks, and restore flows
• Understand product usage, improve app quality, and resolve issues

3 Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable, we process personal data based on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, reliability, and product improvement), consent (for permissions), and legal obligations.

4 Data Storage and Sharing

• Account and creator data are stored in Supabase infrastructure
• Analytics data is processed by PostHog (see their Privacy Policy)
• Subscription metadata is processed via RevenueCat (see their Privacy Policy)
• Notification delivery and billing flows involve Expo Push, Apple, and Google services
• We do not sell personal data for third-party advertising

5 Data Retention

• Account and workspace data are retained while your account remains active
• Notification device tokens are retained while active and deactivated on sign-out
• Analytics data retention follows our configured PostHog retention settings

6 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection to certain processing.

• Update profile and creator data directly in the app
• Manage notification permissions in device settings
• Manage subscription status in Apple/Google account settings
• Contact support for privacy-related requests

7 Your Choices

• Notification preferences can be changed in app Settings and at the OS permission level
• Subscription choices (renewal/cancellation) are managed in your app store account
• You can contact support to request privacy assistance

8 Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and act on the request.

9 Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
