1 Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Description of Service

My UGC Influencer is a creator operations app that helps users:

• Manage campaigns, deadlines, statuses, and deliverables
• Track payment states and earnings summaries
• Organize brand and platform records
• Track shipment states for campaign products
• Save and manage content ideas

3 Account and Data Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for information you add to the App. You should keep your sign-in methods and devices secure.

4 Free Trial and Subscription Terms

a. 14-day free trial

The App provides a 14-day free trial. Trial timing is derived from account/profile creation time used by the App.

b. Paid subscription after trial

After trial expiration, continued Pro-gated access requires an active subscription entitlement.

c. Billing provider

Subscription entitlement management is handled via RevenueCat. Purchases are completed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

d. Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store subscription settings. Cancellation timing and billing behavior follow your store terms.

e. Restores and refunds

You can use "Restore Purchases" inside the app when needed. Refund handling is managed by Apple or Google according to their policies.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Interfere with service availability or security
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Reverse engineer or copy non-public parts of the App

6 Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Supabase, PostHog, RevenueCat, Expo Push, Apple, and Google. Relevant functionality may also be subject to those third-party terms.

7 Intellectual Property

The App's code, branding, and design are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You retain rights to your own content entered in the App.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.

10 Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security reasons, legal compliance, or material Terms violations.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
